Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho took some time off from his football boss duties and went over to Solihull in the West Midlands to lecture workers at a Jaguar car factory recently.

The Portuguese football expert was asked to deliver a motivational speech to the employees and it is learnt that he did a fab job. Mourinho, 54, told the panel of workers: "We all have a job to do, and I need everyone to give 110 per cent. You are a good team, the best, but today I need you to be even better. You need to be focused and deliver the kind of quality performance the fans have come to expect. You have to create the best for them."
