People from all walks of life will run this Sunday to support a cause

From corporates to film stars, this marathon has attracted many citizens, who want to make a difference.
NGOs supporting various causes are backing the event.
Kannada actor, Shivraj Kumar is supporting Cry and he said, "I will be participating so that I can create more awareness about the importance of education."
Apart from the well-known organisations, small NGOs also are doing their best to create a difference. The Association of People with Disability, a city-based NGO, is participating for disabled people. Volunteer Renu Nayak, said, "We have been with this organisation since the past 6 years. We are supporting the cause of disabled people and to raise funds."
The Spastic Society of Karnataka, an NGO that works for the welfare of persons with Neuro-Muscular and Developmental Disabilities is one of the many organisations participating in the event.
Famous athletes will also be running simply for the spirit of running. Youngest Olympics swimmer and Asian Games Medalist Virdhawal Khade said, "I am going to be there for the spirit of the run. I am going to run for every athlete in India who is striving to be the next champion." Eminent celebrities like Ganesh, Vijay Ragavendra, Laxmi Gopalswamy, Yash, Harshika, Pankaj Advani, M Chitra and Marvel Sandeep Sejwal will also be participating in the event.
