Mixologists are not shying away from using Indian ingredients to create innovative drinks
Rantagiri Rhapsody
Mixologists are not shying away from using Indian ingredients to create innovative drinks. Bonobo's Ratnagiri Rhapsody is a product of one such experiment. Drawing inspiration from Kokum sherbet, this popular coastal drink made with kokum and roasted cumin gets a new avtaar. Kokum, roasted cumin, lychee, lime and gin are mixed together to make a spicy, sweet-sour drink with gin for an added kick.

Wine weds Kokum
Indian summer and Kokum Sherbet go hand-in-hand, that's probably why Kino 108 came up with a cocktail dedicated to the former. A mixture of lychee, kokum, roasted cumin, lime and sparkling wine, this drink is flaming red in colour and is a fusion of sweet, spicy and sour flavours. The wine is added to balance the mix. Not potent, but it will leave you with a 'happy' high nonetheless.
