Me time: My weekdays are focused on work, so weekends are more for self-love, self-care, and friends and family. I have always loved to work out and stretch. But after coming to India, meditation has become an extremely important part of my routine. I start my day with meditation where I self-reflect and pray. This keeps me positive through the week.
Food: During the week, I like to focus on healthy food and detoxing; but weekends are when I go all out and explore Indian food. My current favourite are sweet paranthas which I would consume as a meal every night while in the Bigg Boss House. However, now, I even eat it for dessert.
Music: Not a day goes by when I don’t indulge in music. On weekends, I put on my headphones and listen to a lot of Indian music that I would also like to recreate as part of upcoming projects.
Books: I feel that language restricts me from connecting deeply with my Indian family, so I am working hard to remove this barrier. As I love reading books, during the weekends, I pore over English and Hindi books.
Connecting with fans: A large part of my weekend is also spent on reading messages on Instagram from my fans. They give me a lot of strength. I may not be able to answer everyone, but I try to read and respond to as many as I can during these days.
