The beaches of Goa served as the perfect setting so far for Shahid Kapoor’s yet-untitled web series as he kicked it off in January, and quickly followed it up with another shooting stint in April. Now, as the lockdown restrictions have eased in Mumbai, it is heard that director duo Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK began the third schedule of the Amazon Prime Video offering in the city.

“Since the past three days, Raj-DK have been filming crucial sequences at Film City, Goregaon with the leading man. A set of a huge, bustling market has been created at the venue. The creators will also shoot at various locations across Mumbai for the next 40 days,” reveals a source.

South actor Raashii Khanna plays the female lead in the project, touted to be an out-and-out actioner. The creator-director duo had apparently intended to wrap up Kapoor’s maiden web offering by June, but were unable to meet the deadline due to the second wave of the pandemic. The source adds, “The makers have also lined up a foreign schedule, post which it will be a wrap on the show.”
