UAE Censor Board bans Vikram Bhatt's new film from being screened across all the seven emirates
The new Emraan Hashmi-Esha Gupta-Bipasha Basu starrer has faced a red signal in UAE. The Censor Board of the group of seven emirates has banned the film from being released there. Sources say that “sexually explicit scenes and the portrayal of the spiritual world” in the film apparently didn’t go down very well with the officials of the Censor Board.

Vijay Singh, CEO of Fox Star, producer and distributors of the film confirms the news and states, “The board has an issue with the film over its adult content. But we are in talks with them right now.”
Would this lead to a major cut in the revenues for the film? Singh says, “I would not like to go in for the numbers right now, as I don’t have any reason to believe that the film will not get released there at all.” Sources from Dubai say that film buffs there are disappointed with the board’s decision. The film’s cast was recently in Dubai to promote the movie.
