Starting tomorrow, Epica, an exhibition of paintings by Shail Choyal and his father, late PN Choyal, will be on display at Kamalnayan Bajaj Art Gallery at Nariman Point till November 29. Curated by Udaipur-based Ethnic Art Gallery, the works depict Rajasthan’s enchanting landscape, especially Udaipur.

Shail studied painting at the Udaipur University and the Jaipur School of Art. “My work exploits the inherent aesthetic motifs and the multi-tier division of space of Rajasthani traditional painting,” said the artist, who has also studied graphics in London.
