Recalling an incident nearly a decade ago, Karthikeyan explain why.
"When I was making my F1 debut in Australia in 2005, six drivers, including Schumi and myself were attending a FIA press conference.

I was sitting right behind Schumi and when one journalist asked what he though of the 'rookie Indian driver,' Schumi turned to me, smiled and said 'I think he's doing a great job.'
Those inspirational words from the legend so early in the my F1 career are unforgettable. It also showed Schumi's humility. I pray and hope he recovers soon," said Karthikeyan.
