The 40-year-old pop star-turned-fashion designer has four children — Brooklyn (14), Romeo (11), Cruz (8) and Harper (2) — with husband David, who has always been vocal about his desire for more children. And now it seems, former Spice Girl Posh is also in agreement.
"Victoria has been taking fertility boosting yoga classes. They focus on the chakras that encourage fertility and 'embrace the power of the Divine Feminine'.

It's a yin style of yoga that concentrates on increasing energy flow in the body to open up 'the seat of creation'. It also helps to relieve stress, which in itself optimises fertility," a source told the British magazine.
However, Victoria is learnt to have made it very clear to David that this will be their last child.

Victoria is said to have undergone Chinese cupping therapy, which she does in the morning during the time her energy is at its highest.
She is also apparently taking Bach flower remedies — preparations of various flowers used as complementary medicine to improve health particularly on an emotional level. An eased mental state is said to facilitate conception.
Victoria is also taking homeopathic remedies to encourage conception, it is learnt. Reports also claim that she has consulted a nutritionist, who has suggested ways to boost her fertility via her diet.
The Beckhams are currently enjoying a summer holiday in Los Angeles.
