Boy drowns in Golf club swimming pool

An 18-year-old boy has drowned in a swimming pool of a Golf club in southeast Delhi, police said today. He has been identified as Rahul Soni who was a helper in the club's kitchen

New Delhi: An 18-year-old boy has drowned in a swimming pool of a Golf club in southeast Delhi, police said today. He has been identified as Rahul Soni who was a helper in the club's kitchen.

Around 1 am last night, police received a call that Soni drowned in the pool.

He was declared brought dead by the hospital staff and the preliminary investigation suggests no foul play in the case, police said A case under the relevant Sections of the IPC has been registered at Nizamuddin police station.
