Sameer Salmani
Sameer hailed from a small-town Moradabad and came to city of dreams - Mumbai in 2004 to pursue his dream to become one of India’s renowned hairstylist. All he had in him was an instinct to survive and passion to treat the hair artistically and fashionably taught by his father since his teenage years. During his journey he met his mentor and guide Mohammed Asif (who is moved to London) under his mentorship his skills were enhanced further and Sameer became a popular name in the Indian hairdressing industry and Bollywood. He keeps himself updated with the latest trends in global hairdressing industry and kept learning which helped him to carve a niche for himself. With time he also amplified techniques, styling, colouring and other aspects of fashion in hair. His commendable commitments to innovation in hair fashion and quality work created a big name in Bollywood for himself.

In the year 2020, he launched first signature salon ”Sameer Salmani The Artist” on Hill Road, Bandra, Mumbai. The dream finally turned into reality and soon became the talk of the town. Clients from South Mumbai to Vasai started visiting his salon to experience the Haircuts, Hair coloring and hair care services such as Hair Filler Service, Keratin hair smoothing service and other services.
During challenging lockdown period when the shutters went down due to constant demand of his celebrity clientele, he and his team were at work in meeting client’s expectation and delivering quality services at the clients location.
Ms. Olly Essy an Italian DJ and producer, Mr. Ajaz Khan, famous Indian Actor (Big Boss Fame) Ms. Adaa khan, Ms. Bhumika Gurung, Ms. Parull Chaudhry, Ms. Shireen Mirza, Ms. Krishna Mukherjee, Ms. Madirakshi Mundle, Ms. Shubhaavi Choksey and Ms. Charull Malik are few to name as a regular client of glamour industry. Mr. Ashish Tiwari from Telly Masala and Bollywood now is the name who has been really instrumental in building success story of “Sameer Salmani the Artist” Salon.
Sameer has passion to recruit and develop new talent in hairdressing industry. To meet the ever-growing need of hairdressers for Indian salon industry, he also runs his Hair Dressing School in collaboration with Framesi Milano, Italy. From Kick Start course in Hairdressing for a student to advance master class cut and Color workshops are conducted by Sameer and Senior Stylist Ms. Husna.
