Esha Deol turned a year older on November 2. She had a quiet birthday celebration at her Mumbai home in the presence of her close friends. On Friday morning Esha gave a glimpse of her birthday celebration at home. Her cousin Abhay Deol, actors Zayed Khan and Tusshar Kapoor were among the guests at the party.
Esha took to her Instagram handle to share several pictures clicked on the eve of her birthday. Esha was dressed in a black bodycon dress with shimmery white pattern on it. She wore a golden chain and a black bracelet to go with her outfit. In the first pic she is seen posing with her cousin Abhay Deol. Actress Rakul Preet Singh is also seen in one of the pictures. In the last pic, Esha is seen having her birthday cake.

Sharing the pictures, she wrote, "With my squad.. a lovely chilled out evening".

On the work front, Esha's short film, 'Ek Duaa, received a special mention at the National Film Awards 2023. Talking to Mid-day.com, she said, "It feels wonderful to be honoured on a huge level, and for a film like Ek Duaa which deals with female foeticide. It is a big achievement for me to get recognised at that level. It was the first film I produced and acted in and it was a small effort that I have made towards such a big cause. Being recognised at such a big level makes me realise that I have done something right."
She was also seen in the web series titled 'Hunter' co-starring Suniel Shetty. Last year, she was seen in the series 'Rudra: The Edge of Darkness' co-starring Ajay Devgn .
