Raaj Shaandilyaa informs that about 15 beds can be set up with the required social distancing at his office in Andheri.

Dream Girl (2019) director Raaj Shaandilyaa has opened the doors of his film production office in Andheri to set up a COVID-19 facility. He informs that about 15 beds can be set up with the required social distancing. The writer-director is in Manali, but he is keen to extend a helping hand due to the gravity of the situation in Mumbai. On Monday, Shaandilyaa posted, “I am giving my Think Ink Picturez office for the care of virus patients. I will do my utmost to provide the necessary requirements.”


Shaandilyaa, who is a Limca Book Record holder, started his journey in the television industry and made his mark as lead writer and content director of "Comedy Circus" show from the year 2007 to 2014. He later worked as a dialogue writer in films such as "Welcome Back" and "Freaky Ali". Shaandaliyaa also worked on the screenplay of the Sanjay Dutt-starrer "Bhoomi" and dialogues in "Jabariya Jodi".


On the work front, Raaj Shaandilyaa made his debut as a director with Ayushmann Khurrana-starrer Dream Girl. In Dream Girl, a comedy-drama, Ayushmann played the role of a man with the talent of impersonating a woman's voice. The comedy-drama is co-produced by Ekta Kapoor, and also features Nushrat Bharucha and Annu Kapoor. The film did more than Rs 130 crore business at the box office. He has also written the script for Omung Kumar's next Janhit Mein Jaari and Ekta Kapoor's K-Tina.
