Alia Bhatt has ventured into writing with her first-ever book, "Ed finds a Home." Alia Bhatt, who always amazes her fans with her acting skills, has now decided to wear one more hat, this time as a writer. The actress has announced her first book and also shared the cover page.

While announcing this sweet news to her fans, Alia shared, "A new adventure begins. 'Ed finds a Home' is just the beginning of a new series of books from the universe of Ed-a-mamma. My childhood was full of storytelling and storytellers, and one day I had a dream to bring out that child in me and put it into books for children. I am so grateful to my fellow storytellers, Vivek Kamath, @shabnamminwalla, and @tanvibhat.draws, who with their wonderful ideas, inputs, and imagination helped bring our first book to life. Fingers crossed for this journey ahead. You can now find the book available online and in major bookstores."

As soon as Alia dropped the happy news, fans started reacting to it. One user wrote, "I’ll be buying the book for the picturesssss because the cover looks so cuteeee." "I think Alia’s gonna build whatever business Raha needs in that moment," quipped another fan. "I'm not a kid but I'm gonna read this anyways," shared another one.

To note, Alia is not the only celeb who has ventured into writing after delivering a baby. Kareena Kapoor has also written a book describing her pregnancy experience named "Kareena Kapoor Khan's Pregnancy Bible." Later, the use of the word "Bible" in her book's title had gotten her into legal trouble.

On the work front, Alia Bhatt will be seen in Vasan Bala's "Jigra," which she co-produced along with Karan Johar. The actress will also start shooting for her spy drama soon. Recently, the makers of "Jigra" announced a new release date for the film. Initially set for September 27, 2024, audiences can now watch it in cinemas from October 11 onwards.
