Held at the Pandit Nikhil Ghosh Centre for the Performing Arts in Juhu, this year-long initiative features 12 curated events in 2025, blending legendary maestros with emerging talents. On February 14, 2025, the next edition will showcase Ishaan Ghosh & Friends (ARAJ), embodying the contemporary face of classical music. Rooted in tradition yet evolving with the times, The RASA Experience is an immersive celebration of India’s rich musical heritage.
About Ishaan Ghosh:
Ishaan Ghosh, known as The GenZ Classicist, is a 24-year-old tabla virtuoso, composer, and visionary redefining Indian classical music. Son and disciple of Pandit Nayan Ghosh and grandson of Padma Bhushan Pandit Nikhil Ghosh, he blends tradition with innovation, performing over 1,500 concerts in 160+ cities across 25+ countries. Having collaborated with legends like Pandit Jasraj and Ustad Amjad Ali Khan, he also leads ARAJ, a neo-classical ensemble bridging classical, folk, jazz, and world music. With accolades including an Achievement Award from U.S. President Jimmy Carter, Ishaan is a trailblazer shaping the future of rhythm and melody.
