Though television actress Arti Singh acted in several daily soaps, it was the show 'Waaris' which gave her more prominence and an identity of her own. The actress, in an interview with Bombay Times, stated that she has finally created an identity of her own and is no longer recognised only as comedian Krushna Abhishek's sister. "Krushna had made his name and I was nowhere around. I was only known as his sister, but now, people know me by my name. Now, I earn respect without his name. I have struggled to reach where I am today. I am the horse of a long race, don't want to achieve easy success and then fall flat on my face. My struggle has made me a responsible artiste. In this industry, either luck or talent speaks. My luck is yet to speak," revealed Arti.

Well, Aarti has not remained in the news just for her professional gains or being the sister of a renowned comedian but also for her relationship with Ayaz Khan. She has made headlines for her romantic relationship with television actor Ayaz Khan. Ayaz and Arti worked together on the daily soap, 'Parichay', where they played husband and wife to each other.
However, the couple has parted ways and despite taking their own routes, they have time and again been linked with each other. Tired and fed up with these rumours, Arti set the record straight and told the publication, "I have a close circle of friends and Ayaz is one of them. We always meet with other friends. He is a nice guy and nobody would want to lose him as a friend. People should just stop linking us, as we both want to find suitable partners. The news of my marriage will shut my detractors. So, pray for me!"
