Rescue operations are ongoing following the collapse of a multistorey building in Sohana village, located in Punjab's Mohali district, on Saturday. Local sources report that several people may be trapped under the rubble. In response, district authorities have initiated a large-scale rescue mission, deploying two excavators to assist in clearing the debris. A team from the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) has arrived at the scene, joining efforts to locate and rescue those trapped. Additionally, the fire brigade is actively involved in the operation. Authorities are working swiftly to ensure the safety of individuals affected by the collapse.
