As fans of Master Blaster wait for the trailer of 'Sachin: A Billion Dreams' to be unveiled today, the makers have planned a big surprise. The docu-feature on Sachin Tendulkar will be simultaneously released in Marathi on May 26. Given the fact that Sachin is a Maharashtrian, the makers felt it was only apt to have a dubbed version in aamchi language.
Producer Ravi Bhagchandka says, "Before we started shooting the film, we decided it would be a great idea if the film was made in Sachin's mother tongue, lending a local flavour to the film."
The trailer launch is scheduled to take place at a suburban theatre today. Ravi says it's a "momentous occasion" and that he is personally looking into the last minute arrangements. "I'm not nervous, but excited. Witnessing the master himself on the big screen is a treat. The teaser is a hit since Sachin himself narrates the story. It leaves one with much urge to experience the entire film."
