Meet a person with a skill you can use

Srivastav teaches hula hooping to children above seven and adults up to the age of 73. During her hour-long hoop sessions, you can expect a full-body warm-up for 10 minutes with a hoop, some core work, off-body and new tricks that go with your unique body expression, and good music. While teaching, she keeps the needs of her students in mind, which range from fitness, improvement of flows to plain fun. She has also introduced hooping for wellness, which includes meditation, intention setting and emotional channeling. While Srivastav learnt hooping on her own, Gunjan Saraf, a male flow artiste from Bengaluru, helped her pick up tricks and tips on teaching. She also practices contemporary dance, yoga, hip hop and poi.
