Rage against the system
Theatre writer, director and actor Akarsh Khurana, who also directed the popular Netflix series Mismatched, is back with a play. Titled The Verdict, it revolves around a down-and-out lawyer who gets a wake-up call when a medical malpractice case comes his way. Although best, his intentions put him on the warpath with the system. The trouble is that the system always wins.

Reaching this organisation is a couple who has been married for 50 years and another, a young couple in love. What will happen? Only time will tell…

City’s art fair returns
After a two-year hiatus, the Mumbai Art Fair has returned. This time, it will feature the work of 350 independent artists. Expect over 3,500 paintings presenting a diverse mix of landscapes, abstracts, figurative art, as well as cityscapes in various mediums such as oils, acrylics, water colour, pastels and charcoal. Artists would also be exhibiting sculptures and photographs.
