It will take you through the songs of 11 saints, and that, too, in the languages they were originally written in. We are talking Hindi, Urdu, Farsi, Punjabi, Khariboli and Kashmiri here.

The performers for this evening are singer Anuraag Dhoundeyal, storyteller Priyanka Patel and multi-percussionist Karan Chitra Deshmukh. "There are three aspects to this performance. Firstly, there is Sufism's historical journey into India, its songs and then, its philosophy," says Dhoundeyal, who will sing the Sufi compositions this evening. And, worry not, you don't have to be a polyglot to follow the songs. A handy booklet with the verses, and their translations will help you along. Moreover, be sure that Dhoundeyal is going to ask you at points to join in, for this is a workshoppy-performance.
