When Potcast goes live

Catch an odd couple onstage
7.30 PM: In Mr and Mr, two men with broken marriages become roomies. As they deal with the ghosts of the past, the two men, one of them highly methodical and the other amusingly messy, realise they have a new bond – that is, with each other. Sing your story like a pro
4 PM – 8 PM: Head to Kahanikar, a non-profit initiative where poets and storytellers can share their works and also learn from veterans. This edition introduces Mausiqui (music) along with kahani and kavita. So, while you deliver your poem or story, you will also get to see how music plays an important role in the works of veterans. Speakers for this evening include Nadira Babbar, Makarand Deshpande, Tom Alter (in pic), Seema Pahwa and Obaid Azam Azmi. The evening ends with a live music performance by Pranita Nair Pandurangi and Trisha Kale. There are limited slots for the opening, so register fast.

Make a collage memory
3 PM – 6 PM: Take bits of paper, thread, feathers, beads — absolutely anything, really — and learn to turn them into art by pasting them on a canvas or board. Watch a jugalbandi between Ustad and Master Blaster
JAN 9, 8.30 ONWARD: This could be a good way to start the New Year. Cricketer Sachin Tendulkar and tabla maestro Ustad Zakir Hussain, will, for the first time, come together for an interaction titled Master and Maestro Together. The concert will start with a solo tabla performance by Ustad Zakir Hussain, after which, the audience will witness an interesting conversation between the two legends on their eventful professional journey till date.

Pay tribute to a classical legend
Jan 9 – 10, 7 PM: On the occasion of 15th death anniversary of late legendary Hindustani Classical Vocalist Pandit CR Vyas, some eminent vocalists like Pandit Ajoy Chakrabarty, Pandit Suhas Vyas, Shruti Sadolikar (in pic) and Santoor maestro Pandit Satish Vyas will come together for a concert.
