In a recent interview to Us Weekly magazine, Sharapova said her typical day involves doing everything from building her business to making time for herself. “My favourite way to start the day [is with] a quick stretch and a few core moves,” the former World No. 1 told the magazine. For Sharapova, taking care of her mental health is an equally important aspect of her daily routine. “Reading has been my meditation lately. It is my go-to when working creatively.”

“I find a beautiful space helps inspire new ideas,” remarked Sharapova. And she joked that the best part about having virtual conferences is to keep wearing her “cozy slippers”. At the end of her day she enjoys curling up with a good book.
