According to a report in People magazine, Tristan got his personal trainer Maralee Nichols pregnant in March while dating Khloe, who is aware of the baby. “Khloe was upset to find out that he cheated again,” a source said. “She just can’t believe that he is going to be a dad again. It’s just a sad situation to her,” the source added.
