Spanish striker David Villa is convinced there's nothing to worry about as far as the team's style of play is concerned. The 28-year-old Barcelona new boy has backed the Euro 2008 winners to put opening shock defeat to Switzerland behind them as they prepare to take on Honduras tonight.
Spain's only other competitive defeat in the 35 games came last summer was when they were humbled by USA in the Confederations Cup semi-finals in Bloemfontein.
"We are not going to change just because of the defeat to Switzerland. It has been down to our play that we have succeeded in the past but this is football and not always the best team wins.
"The tournament has only just begun.u00a0 We would have preferred to have had everything going in our favour but this is a World Cup and nothing is easy.
"Nevertheless, we are convinced we will progress."
