Apparently the flavour of Bollywood has stretched far and wide all the way to the Rio 2016 Olympics.

Mexico's synchronised swimming pair of Nuria Lidon Diosdado Garcia and Karem Faride Achach Ramirez blew audiences away with their scintillating performance to secure a berth for them in the finals at Rio 2016.

And the duo did it by performing to a song called 'Aila re Aila' from none other than Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar's 2010 comic caper 'Khatta Meetha'.
They wowed the judges and the spectators as well with a lively and vibrant show in their routine which lasted about over 2 minutes.
Social media users too went bezerk and were amazed by the female duo's performance and took no time in talking about it online.
