St-Pierre, the 36-year-old Canadian posted nine consecutive title defenses from 2008-2013. According to St-Pierre and longtime trainer Firas Zahabi, he's coming back as a new and different fighter – one with a clearer mind and new tools.

The promotion's tenth pay-per-view card of the year will see the Canadian attempt to prise the UFC's 185lbs title from the clutches of Britain's own Michael Bisping.

St-Pierre's larger frame has caught the eye of many mixed martial arts enthusiasts, who are all asking themselves the same question: How will Georges perform with all that extra weight?

Former welterweight kingpin Georges St-Pierre is returning from a four-year hiatus to challenge current middleweight champion Michael Bisping in the UFC 217 main event on Nov. 4 in New York.

Strawweight titleholder Joanna Jedrzejczyk will put her belt on the line against Rose Namajunas, while Cody Garbrandt defends the men's bantamweight belt against TJ Dillashaw which was previously scheduled to serve as headliner for UFC 213. However, Garbrandt withdrew from the fight due to a back injury.
