Rio de Janeiro: The Abrico Beach Olympic Games took place on a nudist beach in Rio, and didn't look much like the ongoing, multi-billion Games centred at Olympic Park.

Instead of packed stadiums, flash equipment and, most strikingly, clothed athletes, naked people spent a day racing each other and playing football and tug-of-war, according to the Daily Mail.

"There is no point worrying about what you look like when you bend over to pick up the ball, getting embarrassed when you fall over with your legs up in the air or bothering about your bits jiggling as you sprint for the finishing line," organisers said.
