Even as social media went into overdrive recently speculating that former UFC bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey suffered a broken jaw after her shock defeat to Holly Holm in Melbourne, UFC President Dana White has come out with a clarification. And quite a descriptive one at that. White revealed that though Rousey's jaw was intact, she needed a plastic surgeon to treat her split lip.

Three days after her return to Los Angeles, Rousey was seen walking through the LA airport trying to hide her face, reason being her split lip, which, Dana says, he got treated by the "best plastic surgeon in Melbourne."

"There's nothing wrong with Ronda," White told The Joe Rogan Experience Podcast. "She had a huge f***ing cut on her lip. Her lip was split open and I was there and I was like, 'we don't want a doctor sewing that f***ing lip up.' What's her lip going to look like if a doctor sewed it up? We brought in the best plastic surgeon from Australia (straight after the fight). He came in and sewed her lip up and her lip looks awesome," said White.

Rousey is set to work on a number of TV and film projects in the coming eight months during which she has received a medical suspension from UFC. White said Rousey would return a stronger fighter. "Ronda and Holly will clash again and their second fight is going to be f***ing awesome," said White.
