Mahatma Gandhi Vidya Mandir (MGVM) won both the girls' and boys' team championships in the 27th Bandra Inter-School Road Races conducted by the United Athletes Sports Club in Bandra West recently.

The Bandra East school put 13 athletes on the podium including winners in five of the eight categories. Among the girls, MGVM's Purbva Tatkare (U-10), Snehal Chinderkar (U-12), Sakshi Nafelkar (U-14), Mayuri Baraskar (U-17), and among boys, Dhiraj Bhave (U-12) all won gold medals at the event.
