Indian badminton star Jwala Gutta had to endure a long wait for her baggage at the arrival lounge of an airport despite paying for a 'fast forward' facility. The doubles specialist was left fuming and slammed airline carriers Indigo for the sloppy service. "It's quite funny when I pay for fast forward and my bag still doesn't get the priority...have been waiting for my bag for past twenty mins!! What's the point in paying..paying to wait???" she wrote on Twitter last night.
The Hyderabadi shuttler finally managed to get her baggage, but it took her 40 minutes. "You gotta pull up ur sock..every penny n every minute counts...and am still waiting for my bag!!! I paid for it!!! Am not asking for free service.... it looks like I paid to get the bag after 40 mins!!" Gutta wrote to Indigo in a series of tweets.
