Britain's Johanna Konta was forced to retire from her Brisbane International quarter-final clash with Elina Svitolina due to injury. 'Feeling uncomfortable' "I don't feel too comfortable. I don't know yet until tomorrow morning. But hopefully it's nothing more than a low-grade strain and more muscle spasm more than anything." Third seed Svitolina will meet second seed Karolina Pliskova in the semi-finals after she beat Kaia Kanepi 3-6, 7-5, 6-2.
