New Delhi: India's Davis Cup reserves Jeevan Nedunchezhiyan and Ramkumar Ramanathan today achieved their career-best ranks by moving up a few places in the ATP singles ranking ladder today.

Left-handed Jeevan, who reached the semifinals of the ITF event in Gabon, gained two places to be 293 while Ramkumar broke into top-300 for the first time in his career as he rose three places to 298.

Somdev Devvarman (143) and Yuki Bhambri (151)'s position remain unchanged. In the doubles, Leander Paes continues to be India's top-ranked player at number 12, a loss of one position. He was followed by Rohan Bopanna (29), whose position remained static and left-hander Divij Sharan (112), who slipped a spot in new list.
In the women's rankings, Sania Mirza maintained her top-five rank as she was unchanged at number 5. In the singles, Ankita Raina is the only Indian in the top-300 but she lost 11 places to slide to 292. She was followed by Prarthana Thombare (335), Natasha Palha (501) and Rishika Sunkara (546).
