India's Rohan Bopanna and his Hungarian partner Timea Babos will face Spanish-Brazilian team of Maria Jose Martinez Sanchez and Marcelo Demoliner in the semi-finals of the Australian Open here on Friday.
The Indo-Hungarian pair reached the last four after defeating USA's Abigail Spears and Colombia's Juan Sebastian Cabal 6-4, 7-6 in one hour, 15 minutes. In another semi-final of the mixed doubles, the duo of Brazil¿s Bruno Soares and Russia¿s Ekaterina Makarova Russia will meet Croatia¿s Mate Pavic and Gabriela Dabrowski of Canada.
