Bombay Scottish goalkeeper and captain Aveer Sachdev bravely withstood repeated assaults from the Cathedral strikers and made over half-a-dozen saves to deny the rivals from scoring more goals and keep the margin of defeat low.

Earlier, Campion School (Cooperage) defeated Holy Family (Andheri) 3-0 in the third-place match.
