Chelesea manager Antonio Conte has decided to turn to yoga in a bid to control his emotions from the touchline during a game. The Italian is known for his wild outburst from the technical area that has often resulted in penalty. According to British tabloid, The Sun, Chelsea have employed a specialist coach to help Conte de-stress. "There is a person and I'm grateful to my club to have this type of person here. We do stretching and also at the end of the session, a bit of relaxing for 10 minutes. This is good. I like and I'm very interested in yoga. I like to read books about these topics," he said yesterday.
