Long-distance relations are tough, says Unmukt Chand’s wife Simran

Chand, 28, announced his retirement from cricket in August 2021,  and has since been playing in USA and Australia

Long-distance relationships are not easy to deal with. And former India U-19 World Cup cricket-winning skipper Unmukt Chand’s wife, Simran Khosla, explained this through her cute social media post on Thursday.

The couple tied the knot on November 21, and a little over a month later, Khosla wrote on Instagrammed: “We have been in long distance since the start of this year. We met for 12 days this year which includes 2 days of our marriage last week. [I hope Dec 2021 is kind to us and we meet]. It’s been a tough journey with different time zones and the transformation from boyfriend to fiancé to husband happened in long distance. Still can’t process my emotions. Pray we reunite soon.” Chand, 28, announced his retirement from cricket in August 2021,  and has since been playing in USA and Australia.
