India's middle-order batsman Ajinkya Rahane and left-arm spinner Ravindra Jadeja missed the Mumbai Test against New Zealand at the Wankhede Stadium due to injuries.

However, both looked eager to get back to supreme fitness prior to the South Africa tour.

But Rahane and Jadeja were busy during the lunch break of Day Three on Sunday having an intensive 40-minute training session. Both did sprints to test their agility and endurance. Rahane’s fans applauded him when he reached his ‘finish line.’
