Though Team India will play their first T20I at Cape Town today, their ODI record here has been quite impressive. They have won three of their five ODIs. Here's how the Men in Blue have fared:

> India's first ODI win at Newlands came in the 2003 World Cup when they beat Kenya by six wickets. Skipper and Man-of-the-Match Sourav Ganguly scored an unbeaten 107 while chasing 226.

> In 2011, the MS Dhoni-led team beat Graeme Smith's South African side by two wickets.

> Virat Kohli's side too managed a win on this tour earlier this month when they thrashed the hosts by 124 runs. India's 303-6 against Aiden Markram-led team is the highest ODI score by the visitors here.

> This venue seems to be among Kohli's favourites as the Indian skipper is the top run-getter here with 188 in two ODIs and has also claimed five catches.
