Mumbai's India pace bowler Dhawal Kulkarni was supposed to get married last December, but decided to postpone his wedding due to on-field commitments.

Kulkarni finally tied the nuptial knot on Thursday. He's back on the field to be part of Mumbai's team which takes on Rest of India in the Irani Cup at Brabourne Stadium today.
The speedster got married to Shradha Kharpude after helping Mumbai clinch their 41st Ranji title last week.
"We had decided to get married in December, but I had to play matches. We then decided to get married after the Ranji final and the wedding was perfectly arranged. She (Shradha) is very supportive and has allowed me to play the Irani Cup match," said Kulkarni.
Cricket priority for both
Shradha, a fashion consultant, said she has accepted that cricket will always come first for Dhawal.
"We have an entire life ahead. Cricket is not only a priority for Dhawal, but also for me. I have a good idea about his busy schedule, but did not expect him to play a match within few days of our wedding. But I am prepared for that and he has my full support," she said.
Shradha may be at the Brabourne Stadium to watch Dhawal play. "It's a new beginning and I'm sure he will perform better. Though I am bit superstitious, I will try to watch the game," she said.
Dhawal (27), who has played eight ODIs and claimed 13 wickets, was also part of the Indian team for the 2015 World Cup in Australia and New Zealand.
"I am not thinking about a comeback to the national team. I just want to express myself. I took five wickets in the Ranji Trophy final against Saurashtra and want to continue to perform consistently," he said.
