Former Australia captain Michael Clarke's wife Kyly, 36, may have given up a glamorous modelling career after she married the cricketer back in 2012, but she continues to be in the limelight, thanks to her multiple talents. Kyly, who was once a TV presenter on The Weather Channel in Australia, currently has a huge fan internet following on both Instagram (722,000) and Twitter (563,000), where she regularly uploads videos of home-cooked recipes and fitness episodes.

According to Michael, she's also a wonderful wife and perfect mother to daughter, Kelsey-Lee, 2. "Kyly cooks every day, and that's why you rarely see me at restaurants because I've got the best chef in the world at home," says Michael. Yesterday, Kyly uploaded a video of a homemade Bircher Muesli recipe, which she says is "a wonderful breakfast meal for the whole family and a great way to incorporate tasty fruits for kids."
On the fitness front, Kyly regularly videoblogs short sessions of herself doing cardio, kicks, squats, and lunges. She wants all her followers to understand her fitness mantra. "Fitness is only one part of being healthy. A person's food selection and portion sizes also affect the body," she says.
