London: India's blind cricket team continued their winning streak by beating England by four wickets in the first Twenty20 played at the Oval here on Thursday.

The hosts scored a mammoth 213-5 in the allotted 20 overs. Luke Sugg (62) and Nathan Foy (56) top scored for England.

Chasing 214, at an asking rate of 10.70, India got off to a flying start after Venkatesh Dunna (15) hitting a six off the very first ball as the visitors scored 22 in the first over.

But, it was Prakash Jayaramiah's 77 that ensured India overcame the target in 18.5 overs.

Meanwhile, the third and final ODI was abandoned due to rain.
