It was supposed to be a day-night match, but there was no need of the floodlights. So listless was the performance of Delhi Daredevils, who were crushed by Kings XI Punjab by 10 wickets with 73 balls to spare at the PCA stadium yesterday afternoon.
It was so one-sided a contest that had it been a boxing bout, the referee would have stopped contest well before the game was even half-way through. Not that the match took long to conclude – it ended with well over an hour to spare.
