Perth: Team India made most of their time off to unwind before their Friday clash against the West Indies.

On a team outing, the players soaked some sun and sand along with a game of beach volleyball to keep their heart rate up.

After completing their visit to the beach, they enjoyed a scrumptious lunch which was followed by a 250 km drive away from Perth to the Aravina Vineyard located near the Margaret River to experience first hand the method of traditional wine production.

Indian skipper MS Dhoni has earlier found innovative ways to switch off from the game. He took the team for a hike during the break before the World Cup kicked off.

He also had special bonding sessions with teammates over lunch or dinner several times. Dhoni acknowledged these breaks helped the team regroup and re-invent themselves.
