India won the second Test against South Africa fair and square, but a couple of bad decisions yesterday worked in the visitors' favour. The controversial Umpire Decision Review System (UDRS) is being used in the ongoing Ashes series, but isn't in place for the South Africa-India Tests.
This hasn't gone down too well with SA skipper Graeme Smith: "My message all along has been simple: The ICC needs to take responsibility on this issue. They can't leave it to other boards.
"If technology is there, please use it, get used to it and then figure out whether it is foolproof or not. Using the system once in seven series is not going to benefit anybody, nor will it give us an idea on the effectiveness of the system," a rather perturbed Smith said.
