While passing an order to hand over some portions of audio recording between Justice Mudgal Committee and Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni, N Srinivasan and IPL COO Sundar Raman to BCCI, Justice AK Patnaik said, "It will be a great damage to cricket if anything comes into public domain.
"Any content of the audio recordings going out means cricket would be blackened in the country. It will be straight contempt of court."
