"There is no guarantee that the final will be re-allotted to Mumbai if the MCA agrees to the conditions. Only the IPL Governing Council has the authority to reverse the decision.
Our IPL chairman has already replied to the MCA's letter," Patel told mid-day yesterday. The MCA's Managing Committee is set to meet today to decide on the several conditions placed by Biswal & Co.
