Russia said that it has “eliminated” five Ukrainian fighters who “tried to cross into’ Russia’s Bryansk region. “A Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group numbering six militants to cross into the Bryansk Region was thwarted. Five saboteurs were eliminated,” the regional governor said. Meanwhile, Ukraine said it has recaptured the village of Urozhaine in eastern Donetsk, where fierce battles have taken place recently.
