Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the crown prince of Bahrain, has harshly condemned the strikes on October 7 and Israel's following reprisals. According to the Bahrain Crown Prince's official website, the Prince underlined the urgent necessity of a break in hostilities and stressed that the release of captives is a prerequisite.

A report in ANI stated that in his speech at the 19th Manama Dialogue, Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa listed the essential requirements needed to end the cycle of bloodshed. In order for the people of Gaza to receive humanitarian relief, he emphasised the critical need to free innocents and non-combatants, as well as the significance of completely enforcing international law. According to him, a two-state solution that respects Palestinian rights is the only way to bring about a sense of sustainable peace.

The United States, in particular, has a critical role to play in this process, as the Crown Prince noted. While opposing forced relocation and the reoccupation of Gaza, he made it clear what was expected of Bahrain. He drew "red lines," saying that Gaza must not shrink in size and that its residents cannot be the target of terrorist attacks from Gaza, the ANI report added.

According to the report, he emphasised once more how crucial it is to hold elections following the fighting in order to create a strong and cohesive Palestinian government. He stressed that this leadership had to be dedicated to putting an end to bloodshed and creating a Palestinian state that could function independently and provide security for both Israel and Palestine. As the main tools for resolving disputes, diplomacy and respect for international law were emphasised.

A surface-to-air missile fired from Lebanon towards a remotely piloted military aircraft was successfully intercepted, according to the Israel Defence Forces (IDF). In northern Israel, this interception triggered air raid sirens. The IDF explained that there was no detection of any crossing into Israeli land and that the interceptions were the only thing that caused the warnings to be raised.

Prior to this, Israel responded to frequent rocket and missile attacks on its northern region with bombings using fighter aircraft and combat helicopters, targeting Hezbollah locations in southern Lebanon. The terror group's command centres and observation posts were among the targets of the IDF's strikes. There were no reported injuries, even though a missile was fired towards Mount Dov from Lebanon. The IDF responded by using artillery to bombard the attack's origin.

Furthermore, an elementary school and a kindergarten in northern Gaza were found to have armaments, including RPGs and mortar shells, according to the IDF. "RPGs, mortar shells, and other weapons were found inside a kindergarten and an elementary school in northern Gaza," the IDF said, expressing alarm. Toys, not lethal weaponry, should be housed in kindergartens."
