Octomom Nadya Suleman is worried that the California hospital where she gave birth last month won't release her octuplets until she "has a better living arrangement", TV host "Dr Phil" McGraw said.

McGraw said Suleman (33) called him in a frenzy on Tuesday, telling him she fears that the Kaiser Permanente Medical Center where she gave birth on January 26 will not release her kids until she proves she can take care of them.

"What she is telling me is that unless and until she has a better living arrangement, that they are not likely to release the children to her," McGraw told The Los Angeles Times.

Suleman, a single mother who already had six children before giving birth to octuplets lives with her mother in a three-bedroom home that is currently in pre-foreclosure.

Suleman has no job and relies on government assistance, including food stamps and disability income for three of her six older children.

McGraw, who has met and interviewed Suleman for his TV show, admitted he is concerned about her ability to handle 14 children on her own.

"I don't think she has the money, the space, the transportation, the supplies, the manpower," he said. "I don't think she has any of that in place at this point."

The octuplets were born two months early. They are all breathing on their own and in stable condition at the hospital's neonatal unit.

The hospital declined to comment on Suleman's case.

Meanwhile, the celebrity Web site TMZ.com claims that major porn distributor Vivid Entertainment has sent Suleman a letter offering her $1 million to star in a skin flick.

Vivid said it's even willing to go the extra step, telling TMZ.com that they'll give her family full medical and dental insurance if she becomes a "contract girl" -- meaning she'll have to do multiple videos for the company.
